6) 投标人必须提供其所投产品制造商的有效期内的ISO9001质量管理体系认证证明或AS9100认证证书认证证明；
7) 境内投标人需证明未被列入“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)失信被执行人名单（需提供“信用中国”查询记录并加盖投标人公章）。境外投标人需提供无失信行为的承诺（加盖投标人公章）。
8) 投标人须提供其重大涉诉情况的书面声明（加盖投标人公章）
9) 投标人须提供近五年（2012-2016）同类型项目100万人民币/或等值外币以上业绩清单，并出具至少3份合同复印件（每份合同金额为100万人民币/或等值外币以上），并出具最终用户的联系方式（包括：用户名称、地址、联系人、通讯方式）。
10) 业绩要求：
投标人须提供近五年（2012-2016）同类型项目100万人民币/或等值外币以上业绩清单，并出具至少3份合同复印件（每份合同金额为100万人民币/或等值外币以上），并出具最终用户的联系方式（包括：用户名称、地址、联系人、通讯方式）。
11) 银行资信证明：
1）境内投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开立基本账户的银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件；
2）境外投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开户银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件。

3. Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：
1) Bidder must be a manufacturer or the agent (directly) authorized by manufacturer.
2) Domestic bidder should provide: the photocopy of effective business license, the photocopy of organization code certificate, the photocopy of tax registration certificate, or the photocopy of effective business license of unified social credit code loaded after “three in one” or the photocopy of legal person certificate of public institution;
3) Overseas bidder should provide: commercial registration/commercial certificate;
4) Bidder shall be an independent legal person, with the registered capital or net asset of no less than 1 million RMB or equivalent foreign currency;
5) Bidder shall have a good operating financial situation, sufficient capital guarantee, and provide the photocopy of the financial audit report for nearly two years (2015 and 2016);
6) Bidder must provide the ISO9001 quality management system authentication certificate within validity of the manufacturer for its product to be provided or AS9100 authentication certificate; 
7) Domestic bidder shall prove that they have not been covered on the name list of breach of the person subjected to execution (required to provide the inquire record of “Creditable China”, with official seal) of “Creditable China” website (www.creditchina.gov.cn). Overseas bidder should provide the promise of no breach of behavior (with the official seal 
8) Bidder shall provide a written statement of its non-significant lawsuits (with the official seal of the bidder.
9) The Bidder must provide the list of performance above RMB 1,000,000 or equivalent foreign currency of the same type of projects in the recent five years (2012-2016) and provide at least 3 copies of contract (the contract amount shall be RMB 1,000,000 or equivalent foreign currency) and provide the contact information of the final user (including: user name, address, contact person and communication mode).
10) Bank reference letter:
1) Domestic bidder shall provide the bank reference letter from the bank which the basic account was opened, issued within three months prior to the time of bid opening in original or its copy.
2) Foreign bidder shall provide the bank reference letter issued within three months prior to the time of bid opening in original or its copy.
