3、投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩：投标人必须是制造商或制造商针对本项目授权的唯一代理商，否则投标将被否决。如为代理商投标，投标人须提供该货物的正式授权书，否则投标将被否决。 投标人需提供制造商的ISO9001质量管理体系认证证明或同等的质量体系认证证明。 业绩要求： 国内外近三年航空及其配套企业同类型设备安装总量不得少于2台，并提供业绩清单（含使用厂家、设备名称、设备型号、数量等）。 投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开立基本账户的银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件，否则其投标将被否决。

Qualifications or Performance：The bidder must be manufacturer or unique agent authorized by manufacturer aimed at the project, otherwise the bid will be rejected. If the bidder bids for agent, the bidder needs to provide certificate of authorization of the goods, otherwise the bid will be rejected. The bidder is required to provide the certification of ISO9001 quality management system of manufacturer or equivalent quality system certification. Achievements requirements No less than 2 sets of similar type equipment installed in the aviation industry and supporting enterprises home and abroad, achievements list is also required (including name of user, equipment, equipment type and quantity etc.) The bidder should provide the original or copy of Bank reference issued by the bank in which the bidder open the basic account within 3 months before the bidding opening day, otherwise the bid will be rejected.
