导热油锅炉 - 设备使用注意事项
1.使用斯大导热油作为热载体的油、气的 热载体锅炉,系统应配备膨胀槽、储油罐、安全组件、测量仪表和控制装置。
2.导热油投入使用时,在开始运行阶段,先启动循环油泵,运行半小时后,再点火升温。初次使用时应缓慢升温,每小时升温约20 ℃,当升温至180~200℃时,再保温一段时间,方可投入正常使用。
3.在使用中应认真检查,严防水、酸、碱及低沸点物漏入使用系统。系统应装过滤装置,防止各种杂物进入,保证油品纯度。
4.经使用半年后,应进行一次油品分析,长期使用后,若发现传热效果差,或其它异常情况,应对油品进行分析,根据分析结果决定添加或更换。判断标准量 :碱碳不大于1.0%,酸值不大于0.5mgK(OH)/g,燃点变化不小于20%,粘度变化不大于10%,其中一项超标应更换新油。
5.为确保导热油的正常使用寿命和导热效果,严禁超温使用。
